Profile

Howard was the last amateur to be the World Champion at Real Tennis. He was the champion from 1976-1981. When he went up to Cambridge in 1963 he was taught by the legendary Brian Church and Howard continued from strength to strength. Howard took up the position of Head Professional of Rackets at The Queen's Club in 2003 and to do so, lost his amateur status. He is a very late but more than welcomed member of the IRTPA.
